It's a Spinoff !

This stock warrants a look : STARZ ( STRZA) 
M-cap :$2.23 billion.  Stock Price: $18.53

 - It's a John Malone spinoff . Read Joel Greenblatt's excellent book: You Can Be a Stock Market Genius.

 -  It's a good business. Operating margins of  ~24%  . ROCE of ~ 32% . Low Cap-ex business.

 - And  it's cheap. Trading at EV/ EBIT  of ~7 X.

 Berkshire Hathaway has a stake in Starz . 

 And it's a spinoff !
